Life in a Carpark

Well that will be my Trip Advisor heading for this little number…

It is some trendy Agritourist joint with a horse and beauty farm not sure who gets what done to who..it is miles off the vf, had to ring at 19ks to be collected and the sane drill in the morning, why for heavens sake…There are plenty of places to stay on the vf!

I never snarled at reception just accepted room one, not realising the constant flow of horses, sorry guests for whatever reason right under my window…. Complained just now , moved to next door room other side, now Melvin is mowing…

I cannot stand these pretentious little places… Dinner could be fun….

The important thing , the walk, today was very nice…a few humpy pumpy bits but it actually stayed fine as well, really needed my hat.. Pretty scenery, well Tuscan stuff, cypresses, wheat fields and brick buildings…

Had a nice lunch of filched food from breakfast, wonder what this place will produce…

Only two other walkers both Italian

  1. Great! We were pretty relieved when the parcel with the new feet reached you… I was seriously wondering how on earth I was going to get the hotel to get them to you if you moved before they arrived…

Those worn down feet really tell the story Margaret! And so good to hear it was NOT raining, AND the countryside looks lovely- from the car park at least. Would be interesting to know how the walk planners choose the accommodation for these walks- do they actually do the walking, or just tour around in a vehicle setting up “good deals”?
Well done for persistance and endurance in keeping on keeping on.
