Was pretty bad, the GP phoned me that afternoon.
He has developed secondaries in his liver and around his heart plus he has cain the ribs nearest the pleura. The scan showed two fractured ribs probably done when he fell over…
Plus there was more medical stuff on parts/bits I had never heard of..
I made the decision not to tell TP how bad it was. Made an appointment with the GP who spelt it out for me – matter of weeks…
When I got home I found an open email from a friend who knew the truth, yes after not being near the computer in weeks he had decided to check the mail…
I cried andhe said he suspected it anyway…He is determined to make our 25 th anniversary…I suggested it was not a good idea if he was in pain…
He is now on the maximum allowable for Gabapentin, and has morphine patches plus oxydoneetc etc.

He did enjoy Xmas, the Dr said he could have extra steroids for xmas andBoxing Day…
He really appreciated the calls from his family.
Boxing Day we had 27 people here for lunch, he loved it. Particularly the 10 kg ham..
We never ate it all but there is not a lot left…Everyone brought nicethings to eat , so it was a great nosh up!!!

Thats it for now,T is lying down, moaning a bit about aching joints, back to usual steroid dose ….
Oh yes, just to make the perfect day on Thursday there was a power cut and our computer died, losing all our data and photos…no we do not have aback up and in the great scheme of things it does not seem to matter too much…
